Pro Tip #1: It would be amazing to first learn how their tech works by reading their engineering blogs and getting acquainted with the technologies and systems that they have designed and implemented.

Furthermore, engineering blogs provide vital insight into specific fields. Reading them on a regular basis may help us become better engineers.

Pro Tip #2: Ask for their Architecture, and System Design Philosophy and learn if they have a set of guiding rules that promotes standardization. Its called the Engineering Handbook. That’s your bible.
